The monsoon season brings spectacular colors to Arizona skies.  Here are a few photos from an evening walk last week on the Sego Lily trail just a few blocks away from our residence.  We can walk up into this beautiful open space in a matter of minutes and connect to many other interesting places on Flagstaff’s urban trail system by walking or mountain bike.  The trail system is one of the nicest amenities Flagstaff offers and intertwines access to open space and healthful and peaceful travel options between destinations in the city and the trails also bridge to forest service land and even grander open spaces up the mountains, down the canyons, and across the mesas through the Southwestern pine forests.
